All works a treat for me! Have only had effortless access to facilitated parking. Just wish airports and more parking garages in Cape Town would get on board!

The actual scanning of your number plate at the boom gates works reasonably well. However, this app is embarrassing. It’s incredibly slow, unreliable and just an absolute pain to deal with. So much so that I’ve stopped using the service. This app makes the experience as a whole worse than just using a parking ticket.

1. Uploading credit card details doesn’t work 2. Help centre send you back to the app 3. PayU asks for your internet banking credentials. Why would anyone ever want to do that??? 4. Good idea, worked about half the time but the app interface is very poor and the help centre, such that it is, will infuriate you.
