ADAC came out to my house and unlocked my car for me because I had left my key inside of it or so I thought I actually found my key inside of my house, but customer service was great. The worker was amazing and overall very satisfied with our service.

The app was so easy and convenient, I was truly impressed. Our service man was punctual and extremely friendly. He even told us exactly where we could find service for our Kia. I’m so happy I have an ADAC membership.

This is the first and only review I have ever left for an app. I had completely forgotten that we bought 80 AC, until my car would not start. I downloaded the app, registered with my card number, requested help, and within 60 minutes, someone had arrived and jumpstarted my car, and we were on our way again. Absolutely phenomenal service, and I could not be more grateful.
