This app needs work. Please fix it. 1. You have to select tickets to purchase before you login. 2. Sometimes after selecting it just spins and you have to start over. 3. Once tickets are purchased you’re given the option to put them in your Apple Wallet but when selected nothing happens. 4. After purchasing and going to look at History it indicates I have no reservations. No tickets are shown. Luckily the tickets were emailed.

I love ACX theaters! They are great! But PLEASE spend some money making this app more user friendly. If you accidentally hit “keep shopping” in checkout - there is no way to get back! You have to select another ticket to get back to the shopping cart and then delete the ticket you don’t want. Why wouldn’t you have a shopping bag or checkout icon in the top to take you back? SO DUMB!!

I spent $40 on tickets and it charged my bank account. When I clicked on the “print” button it wouldn’t go anywhere, so I couldn’t print the tickets, and when I went to my email to see if I could access the tickets there, I had never received an email. I went back to the app to try and print the tickets again and the app had gone back to the home page, and there was no way for me to access my buy history or see that I had purchased them. Again, it charged my bank account, but I never got the tickets.
