Acr call recorder - for iPhone

I downloaded the app to try and the next day decided to cancel the free trial within the same trial week…. Even after canceling within trial week, I was still charged $9.99, two months in a row, when I originally canceled the app and subscription. I called the customer service number and was not able to get anyone on the phone to assist so I sent an email to the customer support email and someone responded and once I mentioned wanting a refund for those charges-I no longer got a response by email. This must be a scam! I am not happy at all with the false advertisement of a 7day free trial that still charges when not even used and canceled before trial ended.

I upgraded from free app to premium. I had a question and the support was responsive and very helpful. The app is easy to use and navigate. Easy to label the calls for future replay and you can stop and start anywhere in the call quickly if you want to take notes or only listen to a particular section if your call.

Businesses communicate with customers over the phone so much that I hardly remember and organize the work But I was able to get rid of problems when using the call recording application, its for me to remember all the important calls. This app helped me a lot, convenient to remember important information. Thank for everything.
