The app has bugs and no longer recognizes my iPhone, meaning my ABUS Bordo SmartX 6500A/110 RC lock won’t open, even with their remote control device. Since their customer service is inefficient and unresponsive, I have no choice but to have a professional cut the lock. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering I paid 300 euros for it, and it’s clearly an issue with the app. NEVER AGAIN, ABUS.
Easy to lock and unlock, almost always when you walk up to it with your watch or phone it will pair and allow you to unlock. Seems extremely secure. Also, the jointed construction allows you to have great freedom and how and where to lock your bike. Could only request it perhaps they add a small, solar panel, so that it could recharge itself and never need to be plugged into the wall
So far this is better app, the previous version I mean the old app was more complicated, thanks Abus.
