I won fairly, but shortly afterward my account was permanently banned by Avia Games. Support would not provide the specific rule or evidence for the ban, only general references to the terms. I was also not paid the winnings earned before the ban and was not given an opportunity to correct any issue. For a rewards-based app, there should be clear explanations and a transparent review process.
