It is a worst app, recommendation will make you in loss, the customer services will not understand the terms and scenarios. Issues with the app- tho and equity trade will not provide you the chart for the day, ipo mandate will not be created after 12 pm on the last day ( there are no such things in SEBI or NSDL guidelines) They will not transfer the call to consent department , poor communication and Post contact with customer care they will ask you to give highest rating and will not contact back for any issues raised. Zerodha and angel are much better than this worthless demat. Hope sebi takes action on these people

1 star for ease of login. 1 star for ease of trading. App shows 0 realized and 0 for unrealized P&L. They should fix this. Hard to trade if you don’t know much you made/loss.

Three stars are only for the ease of trading, funding the account etc. Would have given 5 stars if I could have found out easily: 1. How much is the cash balance I have in my account? Apparently the Adjusted Ledger Balance is the cash balance. If yes, then why doesn’t it say CASH !! 2. What is the full value of my holdings compared to my Average Purchase Price on a real time basis? I can’t even find this information anywhere on the App. A friend showed me how to get the details. Apparently you have toggle off on the My Holdings tab to see the details. But the data is not reliable. It shows the Avg Purchase Price of some 5paisa stock I bought as “0” .... I wish !! And then some of the jargon used is confusing. It would help if there was a glossary of terms. Otherwise it’s a great App to use.
