First time using it… I will review again in a couple of months as I plan to use it lots more. What i like is thats its free for now and no ads….straight forward without the fluff, make sure first you know the right way the exercises are preformed beforehand as i said no fluff app. You can see info about individual exercises through their social media/website. Timed workouts with intervals you can control the pace, pause/forward etc play music from other apps in the background. Caters for beginners as well as advanced, I think you can even create your own routines. For home or gym…again I just started but I like that it is straight forward and simple… so you can spend your time exercising rather than figuring things out etc.

Preloaded workouts or customize your own. I have young kids and usually don’t have a lot of time to workout, so when I get the chance I need to be as efficient as possible. With this app I was able to create a handful of 20-30 minute workouts where I can choose the muscle groups I’m wanting to work out, the time duration and then just press play and go! Love the fact that once I start it tells me what to do and the amount of time I need to do it so all I have to do is focus on working out. I’ve gotten in such a habit of using this app that now I can’t even workout unless I’m using it. Love it!
