Had registered for fixed bill the past month and for some reason or carelessness of the staff the fixed bill was not implemented. the next month I receive a huge bill,upon calling the call center agent who was very unprofessional kept me waiting for a while before transferring my call to another agent without my concern to do so which wasted another 10 mins trying to explain to a new agent. Very unprofessional call center and service .The staff takes the customers and issues too lightly

Couldn’t say rather than perfect E- service which improved day by day .EWA is Excellent & Accurate and has good customer service.

Beautiful app... user friendly and simple to use. Easy access and very responsive. Only request if payment can be made they PayPal or the credit card number to be stored so that we don’t refer to the card again and again. Thanks
