I bought an Asus brand laptop in this app but only 14 after I started using it it didn't turn on anymore. I sent it to the app's repair service but they determined that the laptop had lost its warranty because it had been repaired privately, which is a lie because I never did it. The only explanation is that the app sold me the used laptop. They sent me the laptop again but they didn't repair it. Now I have a broken laptop in my house and I don't know what to do, the app doesn't want to refund my money and it doesn't want to repair it either. Don't buy in this app, it's real garbage

If you are in the US, you can’t sell or buy from it because it only ships to China. You need a friend who is in China to help you.
