The platform has very minimal quality control over the rentals. We had problems with the rented house, and the only thing they could do is to cancel the trip.

User friendly and powerful app

We booked this Sweetome because it is close to the high speed train station. We told ourselves that we should not hold too high expectation since the room rate is so reasonable. When we checked in, we were told that no breakfast would be available and we have to walk on the street to find food to eat. So we were, at the beginning, a little bit disappointed. But when we walked into the room, to our delighted surprise, the room is very clean and roomy. There is a large walk out balcony with a view of the lake. There is also a kitchen and washer. What a great surprise! We immediately decided to stay here for one more day! Highly recommend to those who don't mind the outside mixed with residential areas and like to cook themselves.
