房源信息全 参考内容多
第一次接触链家是去年想要出租房子，听朋友介绍在链家挂上了房源，各个流程很清晰，使用方便，而且出租的效率还挺快的。这次需要换房又关注到了链家，发现跟之前相比，又做了不少升级。小区房源比较全，可以多比价，而且更多的引入了用户角色，能分享一些小区周边啊小区发展啊等一些信息，平常会多看看，感觉挺有用的。

大平台找二手房
本来买房子就那么多首付，现在很多中介在中介费上可以要出天价来，链家上面房源很多，每天都会有经纪人推房源，性价比都很高，而且房源大部分都是相通的，一个小区只有几套性价比高的房子，直接选择一个靠谱的中介。对比下来首付能省下不少，省下来的钱可以好好装修了。

新版本看上去年轻多了
感觉链家网在这个版本更新之后更加年轻化了，可能要符合现在购房的人群吧，试了几个新增的功能，比较看好ar的内容，都知道是苹果还有华为这些公司这两年主推的技术，但还是第一次看到在房地产领域使用，跟百度地图体验比较接近。希望能够和vr一样成为更贴合我们购房场景的功能
