i enjoyed the app and only needed it for a month but now i cant seem to cancel my payments as it has no button letting you, how can i get a refund on unused months?

When this app does work I love it, the questions great and afterwards they always have an explanation although it takes me forever to get the app started. It just keep exiting every time I click it until like the 20th time it finally stays open and I have this issue every single time.

I'm transferring colleges this year and needed an updated accuplacer test done. I decided to give this app a try despite the bad reviews of it. Although the questions did help me brush up on the math problems like I wanted. There was nowhere in the app to unsubscribe once you were finished. I ended up being charged for an extra week of use when I didn't need it. In the privacy policy on the app it says you can unsubscribe via a link in the newsletter, which I did not receive despite giving them my email. They also claim that they would get back to you within a "Few hours, at most, 7 days a week" I emailed them a few times, thinking that my first emails didn't go through. I never was able to get into contact with them and eventually called apple customer service, who were very helpful in walking me through how to unsubscribe from Allen Prep. Overall the experience was a negative one when dealing with Allen prep. And I definitely wouldn't ever recommend them to someone else. I think next time I need to brush up on my math I'll use Khan Academy instead, it's free and doesn't waste your time and money like Allen Prep.
