As soon as you start using workforce you loose the staff tab on InCharge app and lose visibility of who’s on the clock. There is no auto update of attendance. You cannot prevent employees from requesting time off on certain busy days or have black out weeks. The chat is very primitive and has no emojis. You cannot update employees info and lighthouse employee phone nbr doesn’t sync .you can’t set up tip pooling for employees that get tips.

It’s missing a lot of integral functions. It seems to not be able to work with in charge. And frankly a lot of the presentation of the information is just not what owners and managers need. Both apps require a lot of searching and going through levels to get the information that you would need at first glance. And workforce, employees have constant issues trying to trade shifts, etc.

Pretty basic functionality. No way for an owner to simply check the schedule from a mobile device and verify shifts.
