Please look into why the camera freezes at times or tasks don’t check off right away which causes the “this task has already been completed” error message

Some users can’t login. Logs me out or won’t let me log in. Super laggy. Doesn’t have a lot of features. I hate the way reports are downloaded. Wish there was an easier way to review data instead of a big excel document.
