Worst app ever I can’t ever log in to review my insurance policy. I’ve trying for couple days now n it won’t let me in!! I need in to finish my inspection since this company doesn’t send physical copies of the insurance documents!!! So I can even print out the documents I need! This isn’t the first time it’s happened I was pulled over n couldn’t provide insurance because of this dumb app!!

Terrible app. It runs like garbage, crashes all the time. You can’t see if you’re set up for automatic payments or even add/delete a payment method. When you pay for your plan monthly it just says “use card on file” but never gives you info on what card it’s using or the ability to change it.

The whole point of having an app is convince to pay when it’s due when you need instead of calling. This app NEVER works. Not good for busy people, people that do their bill paying during graveyard shifts or just people that don’t want to have to make a phone call every bill period without auto draft.
