How many times am I going to have to reset this game because the background ui buildings aren’t loading the graphics or the bottom buttons like “characters” and battle become unclickable. I like your game but please address these issues soon. iPhone XR

Positives:
1. The characters. Each character has it’s own cool and unique appearance. Their abilities are fairly unique, so collecting different ones is more than an aesthetic choice.
2. The design of the interface and backgrounds are beautiful and very appropriate for the game’s setting.
3. The setting is an interesting interpretation of a dystopian, cyberpunk near future.
4. There are currently multiple storylines for the various groups of characters, and it looks as though the developers have things lined up for additions.
5. Potential expansions and enhancements are clearly being developed. Being able to get into a game early is a great experience. Not having to learn an overwhelming number different aspects of character development, PvE, PvP, collecting, crafting, etc. makes any game more enjoyable.
6. Pay to play hasn’t been an issue so far. I have gathered a group of characters that are very capable and are cool looking.
Negatives:
1. I have had the game freeze a few times, but nothing a soft reboot didn’t solve.
2. Lack of a monthly subscription. Such subscriptions are very common now, are often available in different levels, and are almost always a better investment than one-off purchases.
Kudos to you developers! I look forward to growing this terrific game with you.

Game works good and is fun for about 15min then it starts bugging out and you can’t get any of the touch screen stuff to work properly. Only way to fix it is to close the game down and load it back up again and that’s not fun if you have to do that every 15min of play time.. if they could fix that in the game and maybe add some more ways to earn a little more rewards this would be a pretty good game.
Edit.... after update game seems to be working good now I am enjoying the game fun so far... just needs maybe some rewards to help out free to play players
