Game seem cool but coupon button no where to be found and customer service doesn’t do anything

Game is fun and has enough Gacha and strategy elements to keep me playing for awhile. After playing for a few days though, I realize that there is a pay wall once your energy potions run out, and after that it doesn’t feel like you can progress. On top of this, the rubber banding fake enemy in PVP (same name guy) seems to continue growing every day so he is still getting stronger while you stagnate. Since there seems to be only a handful of real players, scaled enemies make sense but they grow too fast past the paywall. There is also only a fairly limited number of heroes to choose from, and you can’t really use most of them because once you hit the paywall there isn’t a way to level them to the point they can really be experimented with against the pve portion of the game. In sum, game has potential but needs more balance and players.
