I can see potential but for now it’s a waste of time. I paid for the subscription as there’s no trial. It’s not worth it today.
5 request views per day is a terrible rate limit. All 5 of mine were totally irrelevant and now I have to come back tomorrow.
Moreover, the app asks you to create a request as a professional. You’d think it’s a good idea since people will see you more. But then what’s the point of separating buyers and sellers? It’s like if tinder would show me dudes just because no girls are in the area. Similarly, all my requests were sellers while I’m looking for buyers.
I liked that the app asked me if I want to see fewer request of certain types on my feed after I skipped one. BUT the very next request was exactly what I asked the app not to show.
The app has a bunch of bugs. For one, when editing a request draft, I can delete text but can't type. Then the AI custom prompts are terrible so it tends to produce text in third person or writes in ways you wouldn’t typically post on your bio/profile.
Finally, I can write a sentence about myself without AI. What I need your AI to do is find relevant people, which it doesn’t.

Intch is accessible through a phone application, and through a browser. However, the two show me different things. Neither one shows me the most important thing, which is the professional reviews that I pulled professional favors to get. They seem to be present because my so-called “trust score“ is at 100%, which means that my profile is complete and has these recommendations on file. However, I just got an email from Support telling me that they doesn’t see that I have any of these crucial things on file for me, and I can’t actually pull them up, either on the app or through a browser. I did not call up these professional favors to have them flushed down a digital toilet. If I do respond with job posting, will these important elements actually be there? I can’t see them, and a real person at Support says they don’t have them. What about my “trust score“ for Intch? It’s very low. Is it wise for me to use something this disorganized to sell myself professionally? Need we even talk about the AI element that is supposed to be automated help? Of course, it answers the question it wishes you asked, instead of the one you did ask. It also doesn’t answer most questions at all. One would expect this from AI, but I get a VERY similar response from the actual people who are responding from the support. Before you put your money in this, ask yourself, “Is this the lens through which I want people to view me professionally?”

I have to share my experience so buyers can beware. I was advertised this app on instagram for more voiceover work which is my field. The advertisement stated that there are “jobs waiting for me” and that “the biggest companies use platforms like Intch to find voiceover artists” that “voiceover artists are making 2k-4k a month” on their platform, so I paid the $20 paywall to sign up and find work. When I used the job search feature, for voiceover work, it came up blank. I even searched different key words to see if it was a typing error. They have zero voiceover jobs and I was falsely advertised to. I immediately reached out to customer support requesting a refund and shared my experience. The response was that refunds cannot be provided per their user agreement. There was no offer to help me figure out the apps quirks or find a way to appease my poor experience. They did not even deny falsely advertising to me or try to defend any integrity of the company. They prioritize their user agreement over their customers. If you’re interested in signing up to boost your business work, keep in mind the payment comes with the risk of no refund and no customer support.
