This is the first review I’ve ever written reason being I was scrolling down all the other reviews and basically all one star ratings so I figured I’d put one in for Quickbooks. I’ve been using it for about four months now I invoice all my customers thru the app and I’m alerted when they open the email and see my invoice and soon as it’s paid I’m alerted and I usually have e the money In my account available to withdraw in a couple hours. I’m a sole proprietor and do about 10,000 a month in revenue and I’ve had not one problem thus far with this app and couldn’t be happier.

This is marketed as a checking account but it’s more similar to a savings account. It takes a few months before you unlock the “feature” of mobile check deposits. You aren't able to access deposit forms or voided checks to verify to clients that this is your account. This will be an issue if clients pay you via direct deposit. There are significant transfer limits that make it challenging to fund this account to actually use it. The account is managed by QuickBooks but provided by green dot bank. Quickbook agents are unable to provide support since it’s not considered an Intuit product but Green Dot doesn’t service it either.
I signed up for the 5% APY thinking this was a checking account that would earn interest. I realize now it’s a savings account that I should use in addition to my previous checking account. The APY is still great, just be warned that this is an extremely frustrating product to use and won’t be your only business bank account.

I have been a long-time Quickbooks Online customer and I now have a Quickbooks Cash account connected to my Quickbooks Online account. The process of getting of a debit card sent is VERY lengthy, I’m 2 weeks waiting and no debit card yet.
The customer service rep I’m working with suggested I download this app to quickly connect with my Quickbooks Cash account. However I am unable to log in with my existing Intuit / Quickbooks account! I get the error ‘Email Already Exists’....yeah, that’s the point! I should be able to log in to my existing account to access my existing funds.
If you’re reading this review, I HEAVILY discourage getting Quickbooks Cash or Money for Quickbooks. It is not easy to access your funds, nor pay vendors, or even log into your existing account. This was a very poorly executed initiative and it puts people’s livelihoods and reputations at risk. I cannot pay my vendor TODAY with the cash I got YESTERDAY. I would have to wait 3-5 business days to transfer the money to my regular checking account.
