I have been using Univerge Blue Connect for about 1 year now. It is the ultimate business communication service. All my business calls are routed to all of my devices and I can simply answer or make a phone call from the most convenient device at the time of the call. While still part of the Univerge Blue devices, I no longer use my office phone as I find it easier to make/answer phone calls, send SMS, from my laptop or mobile device (iPhone/Pad). Also, the voice mail is converted into text and I find it super helpful when I can read some keywords that at times are not clear in a message. I can cut and paste key info from a VM into a email or text. I can’t never go back to the old ways.

This app deserves 10 stars. The mobile app has so many different useful features for communicating and video conferencing. You can use chat, SMS, voice calls all within the app. The video collaboration features are very advanced as well, you can record your meeting, take notes, get the meeting transcription, share your screen, and more! The mobile and desktop application make communicating with my colleagues much easier after my company went to a fully-remote working model. The interface is more intuitive and easy to use than other collaboration apps I have used in the past. Love this app!

Univerge Blue Connect provides enterprise grade features, while also being simple and easy to use. Single number reach for my office phone number means that regardless of where I am- I can be reached at one business phone number. Whether in my home office, a traditional office setting, or driving down the road; I have access to receive and make phone calls from my business phone number/ cloud PBX system. I also love the business continuity that the app provides which is more important than ever with work from home being the new normal.
