The app is simply not good. It does remember the station so you have to pair every single time you open it. It does not tell you if it has WiFi signal or not. Does not tell you if it’s updating. There are no options to adjust in the app. Apparently it connects to the other ford apps but it is unable to do even that. I cannot believe such a big company who is trying to break into the EV market still has such a horrible app available.

This is such a frustrating app to use. It does work, but it doesn’t really let you know that it is working and has successfully paired to your charger. Even after it has paired, the most prominent button is one to pair the device, and it still shows “Let’s get you connected” and “Get Started” as the screen that pops up if you re-open the app.

I’ve had this charger for a few years. Every so often I try to add it to my WiFi so I can reset it remotely when it stops working in sub 10 degree weather. I can pair it but can never get it to connect to the WiFi network with a great signal. Obviously everyone that uses this app finds frustrating. Please update already!!!!!
