The app used to work perfect for me, but now when I try to sign on it keeps going around and asking for my username and password. After entering the info the app changes screens and then the sign on screen reappears. I even deleted the app and reinstalled, but that didn’t help.

Everything is slow I know for a fact my iPhone 14 is not the issue, why does it kick me out and ask me for my user and password every so often if it’s really a security issue I have no clue what they would get with that information, and why in the login page does it kick you back and make you put in your email over and over if you get the password wrong just ask me to put my password in again like??? And resetting password is the worst I click the link to request a password change link and it takes forever to get to me just for it to tell me the link is expired. I mean it would probably be valid if it didn’t take 100 years to get to me. Selecting areas of damage takes forever the picture system is awful why can’t I just upload from my phone. Whole thing is just the worst app experience of my life.

Always crashes always throws you off when you scan the car never comes up double and triple the time to check in the car or truck garbage
