I recently started using the Mobile I.D. app and then started reading more in depth about what the app actually can do. I found out that I can scan in my documents that are needed to finish processing my Real I.D. application. Anything that can be done to help me move this process along to completion I am all for! I am going to upload or scan in my documents to send in in a few moments and hopefully I will get my Real I.D. application finished! Just a heads up, anyone that has EVER had their name changed since they were born (i.e. gotten married, divorced, name change order, adopted, any name variation since their birth certificate was issued should begin collecting their “chain” of acceptable “proof of identity” documentation soon!! This means that most women are going to need to gather or send in applications for certified copies of marriage licenses, birth certificates, divorce decrees, court ordered name changes, etc. and on top of having to do that, most states require that the application be notarized before you mail it in for your certificate. So, this app is very helpful at assisting with the whole documentation submission portion of the Real I.D. application requirements. To me, that is reason enough to download and definitely get the most out of this app!! Thank you!!!- Dionne Angeles

We all have our moments where we have to dig deep into our purses even at times just dumping our unnecessary junk completely just to gain access to present our drivers license or state ID upon unexpected requests to verify ourselves, at the request of a law enforcement officer for instance. Having such easy and quick access through the MiD app of Oklahoma most assuredly has proven to be the most effective tool to verify our identity! I recommend that all 52 states have the same access available to them as do we! In a hurry, running behind schedule? No time to waste hunting for your wallet or your purse? Easiest solution to ever be found! Just grab the car keys and your phone! Nothing else is necessary! You have everything you need right there in the palm of your hand! I absolutely love it! Quick, simple and easy to use for anyone! Try it out! I promise you will be totally satisfied!

Seemed okay at first. Can’t update anything yourself. Got a new license two months ago and have been told “the state DMV” will update my info apparently at their leisure. So basically it’s worthless until Oklahoma DMV gets around to updating my info. Another problem I ran into was getting the “help” feature to work. I filled out the email form at least 5 times and every time I would get down to the last item the app would flip off and delete everything so I’d have to start all over again. It did the same thing with the chat feature. At least with the chat feature, once I got past the initial form input, it would hold the conversation info. Not sure if the tech knew what was happening but at least he finally told me I had to wait for the DMV to update my new license info. Feedback feature. Apparently that’s not working either. That feature tells me there are no email accounts set up and to create an email account to use the feature. When I tap the OK button the app blips off again. I can only guess that this is also something the DMV is supposed to do as my email address was part of the initial sign-up info. So far, this app is of no use for me. It’s now been 6 months since I got my new drivers license and this thing still has not been updated. WORTHLESS
