Good concept but execution is terrible, they need to make signing up and attendance the same link and their app itself glitches and sometimes won’t even show the school. Our administration has decided to only use the website because it is minimally passible.

What is up with the new UI? You get far less information and as a whole you’ve somehow made a simple phone app infinitely more janky and confusing and just downright ugly. It seems like an attempt to streamline the app but it’s simplified to the point that it’s painfully inferior to just going on the all timely website in your mobile browser.
Also it logs out of your account every time you leave the app and you need to log in every time. There’s no reason for this, any phone already has a passcode and the app doesn’t need to make it any more inconvenient for the owner of the device. Just keep me signed in, no one is gonna mess with my all timely schedule.

I like the app, it’s good if you don’t want to talk out your chrome book and check on the calendar, but something I don’t like is how it doesn’t give notifications if your activity gets canceled. Which of course costs me a trip to the deans office. Please add notifications that can tell you when it gets canceled so that your parents don’t have to worry and etc.. Over all it’s a good app but please add what I said. Also a reminder saying “did you sign up?” Or “your NAV time is ___” would be honestly really helpful if you were in a rush. Really great app though!
About AllTimely - Student
Genius Hour/Enrichment Period is a process that allows students to explore their own interests and encourages creativity in the classroom. It provides students a choice in what they learn during one or more activities during the school day.
AllTimely allows the students to select one or more activities to attend during Genius Hour. These activities are defined by the teachers using the web application. Typically, teachers will create activities for learning Coach classes, as well as extracurricular activities.
For a school to use AllTimely, please contact [email protected]. We will work with you to set up a web site for your school, with your own school's name in the web address. Once the site has been set up for your school, we will import your students and teachers, so they all have accounts to log into AllTimely. Also, we will set up which days you will have Genius Hour, in order to build a schedule to be shared with the students.
Teachers use their accounts to define the activities, the expected students (if applicable), the maximum number of students per activity, and the dates and periods that the activities occur.
Students will login by selecting their school. They will then provide username/password credentials to the school-branded login school. Students will then select from these activities for the defined schools' days, and be notified accordingly if an activity is cancelled.
School Administrators, via web site, are presented with a full dashboard, indicating which students are assigned to which activities. We also capture which students are not in activities, and can automatically assign them to a default activity, if necessary. We also have 20+ reports that you can run, in order to have a complete, holistic view of your school's Genius Hour.
Please contact [email protected] if you would like a demo of AllTimely for your school!
