Bought this app to run a Special “morning routine” shortcut, and kind of disappointed. Each morning, I set all speakers to one group, laundry room at one volume, bathroom at another, and other areas to low. Unfortunately this app only supports an “across the board” volume (not even relative to the volumes in the group) and sets all speakers to that exact percentage. Wish there could be some granularity!

Looking for an easy way to control my Sonos system through Siri Shortcuts, and ran across this. I’ve also tried IFTTT, SonoSequncr, Simple Commands, and Yonomi. Orto is pretty much the easiest way to get shortcuts that actually work created. Sure, the UI isn’t the most straightforward, and a few bugs/quirks exist, but definitely worth the purchase.

Brings a large degree of convenience to our Gen 1 Sonos set up. I do with there was a way to play specific playlists but outside that it’s nice to be able to use Siri intuitively with short phrases to get the system playing, stopping, volume changes etc.

Orto allows you to teach Siri a phrase like: "Play My Discover Playlist in the Kitchen"
Controls:
- Play a Favorite (My Sonos), in a particular room at a particular volume
- Set the volume of a group or speaker
- Break up speaker groups
- Stop one group or speaker
- Set Shuffle
- Stop all speakers
- Set TV input
Once you have setup Siri Shortcuts you can access them within the Apple Shortcuts app then mix your Sonos system with other smart devices to create the perfect scene.
