Update: I received an email from the developers within 24 hours and also got v4.7.1 pushed to my phone. The problem with dates missing was corrected. I’m using iOS 17.1.1 and the app worked pretty well except that things don’t seem to sync up properly. When I enter the 10-digit tracking number, the package shows up, but it does not appear under the To Me tab even when I entered the number there manually. I know my name is attached to the package because a DHL representative called me to confirm information for customs processing. Also, the update to 4.7.0 lost the dates in the tracking info. I see the times each step in the processing occurred, but now all dates are missing. They were there until I updated in Nov 25. I know they are still being generated since I can track the package through the seller’s website and I see both the dates and times there.

The worst experience so far: added the delivery note that the leasing office is closed at 6pm, and as a gated community it has no other way to deliver the package; the delivery is scheduled to the end of the day. And yes, it was on its way after 6pm and yes, it didn’t made it. Texted the CS, they assured me they will deliver next day BEFORE 6pm. I also added a detailed time and note with the app. And yes, no one read it so another notification that the premises were closed at 7:30pm the next day. I wonder why… After their fail to deliver, I cannot change the delivery details myself in the app. I called Custome Service and they told me the details I put is the REQUEST and it is not guaranteed that it will be delivered as I specified. So, basically useless to say what you want, if they fail to deliver, it is your fault. The best part is the app is late to show the updates about the delivery, while the website shows the updated status instantly. Long story short, after 3 failed deliveries I requested to drop it at a pick up location. The ridiculous thing is the location is near me, closes at 5:30pm and today the delivery was failed because oh wow the premises were closed. I wonder why… Basically a week of delay, as they don’t deliver on weekends and I have literally no idea how am I supposed to get my package… so yeah, app is useless at tracking updates, apparently so do the customer service. Try different company.

The App is very well designed from the graphical point. - It works well. Just one thing is that when you pick the country for the phone number, once you tap on a country, it does not stay where you were at, but it takes you to zero and to the home page of the App. So you have to enter all the names again. - Every time you launch the App, you see it as logged out. You have to try many times to see it back as logged in.
