I really loved the app I really do… but, a couple of weeks ago, the app just had a major hiccup which really questions the credibility and usability of it. A couple of weeks ago there had been some minor app problems like not showing your spending history and sometimes it crashes; then last week it had a scheduled maintenance and after the schedule passed, the app wasn’t working still! After the app came back, some of its features aren’t visible and missing and the app wasn’t the same again… Just now, again another unscheduled maintenance and the app isn’t usable when YOU NEED IT THE MOST! I loved the app but with these current crashes I question if they can hold the app that long. Please STC, fix the app as most of your customers now depend on the app’s usability and credibility. Don’t let some users not use your app anymore. Please fix the app permanently! Thanks…

I have absolutely no idea why there was a need to update the app. My phone automatically up updated the app and now it doesn’t even launch. It’s just gets stuck on the launch screen and that’s it. No matter how much you try. Also, when I used the app to transfer cash from my stc pay account to my bank account, I never got it! It has been more than 3 days now and the cash is nowhere to be found. It was deducted from my stc pay account and I didn’t receive it in my bank account. I have been reaching their customer service for a while now and even they don’t respond properly. After countless tries I managed to connect to one of their representatives on the stc pay app and the person literally left the chat without assisting me or responding. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The new 100 SAR minimum top-up limit is absurd for an e-wallet! The whole point of an e-wallet is flexibility, and now you're forcing me to load 100 SAR every time I need to send a small amount like 25 or 50 SAR to friends. It's beyond frustrating. Why would an e-wallet, which is supposed to make small transactions easier, have such a ridiculous restriction? My prepaid Mastercard doesn’t have a minimum top-up, so why does STC Pay? This completely defeats the purpose of using the app for quick transfers, and frankly, many of us are already turning to other e-wallets that don't force such unnecessary limitations. You're losing users fast with this illogical policy wake up and listen to your customers before STC Pay becomes irrelevant!
