I have been testing out multiple different Crypto trading apps as I decide where to put the bulk of my assets. This app is actually somewhat decent as far as a crypto trading platform, but they lack the integrity to stand behind their brand. I’ve lost and gained plenty on this app doing contract trading, but the day I put $25 into my contract account only to have it disappear after TWO (count ‘em) TWO glitches within 20 minutes was the day I decided I’d much rather pay slightly higher fees on other trading platforms than deal with customer service who don’t speak my language very well and therefore aren’t really able to help me resolve an annoying glitch. I am not a xenophobic person in the least bit, I just can’t risk large sums of money in an app intended for native Chinese speakers. I lost 25% of my gains from the previous day and the customer service couldn’t even properly explain to me why they were refusing to reimburse me for errors in their contract trading program. They just copy pasted the help section about contract trading and then told me there wasn’t anything they could do. I’m being sporting and giving them two stars because this really would be a good trading app if they would take customer support more seriously.
