I bought this app for WAY too much money for what it provided. You get one week of exercises and then that same week is repeated 12 times! No new exercises.... In Fact if you followed Lacey on body building website then you get the same thing there for FREE!! I get building muscle and focusing on that muscle, but there has to be more than 8 exercises to do that!! Unfortunately that is boring and no one wants to do the same thing for 12 weeks straight. Also, if you e mail about concerns you will not get her directly. Just some person controlling her I guess.
