I love 4 Rivers food BUT when I ordered using this app I got an error “unable to process payment” using a credit card then a debit card so I ordered over the phone and paid at pickup. I ended up paying 3 times for the same meal and now I have to go through the hassle of getting credits. I won’t use this app again. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

App works like it should letting you order food off of it .
Would like to see the ability to add your pitmaster rewards ID to your account since theu can’t add it at the store afterwards .

I have spent 15 to 20 minutes ordering all of my food on this app and in the end all I got was “ERROR, unable to process payment”. Now that I have read other reviews I see this was also a problem up to a year ago... it should’ve been fixed already. UGH!
