I had a query about one of the rewards and contacted the company through the in-app link. I got prompt positive responses from multiple agents across the Ayala companies. Rather confusing at first, but they were able to sort it out. Saved me a ton of money.

Even after several “updates,” this app has yet to come close to being stable, reliable, launchable. Did you really “save” by insisting on a “digital” membership card instead of a plastic one? Your reputation is clearly shattered into so many pieces! Your app is also the largest memory hog of all the apps on my iPhone! And I have tons! 2.7GB for information that is readily available online? What gives, Ayala? Perhaps you should stick to real estate where you truly shine. This app here is a “shiner.”

I was able to receive the link sent via email but when I click on the link, it just opens the app and the app just brings me back to the home page without any clue or prompt on what to do next.
