Trying to login to this website is next to impossible! There has to be a better way. I really have sympathy for those who have anger issues or PTSD who have to try to get in to this site. I am one who has PTSD and I am 100% disabled. I can’t remember when I was this frustrated. With 4 different ways of signing in and each one different and it seems one or another is the “recommended “ way, I get confused. Having to change passwords almost constantly and with other Government organizations that have different rules (Medicare, MyPay and others), not to mention Banks, Investments, etc. each on with different rules and time frames in which to make or change passwords, I am ready to just throw out the whole thing.

Have been using your pharmacy for years now, starting back in the old VA on 9th Ave.. And your new one. I have always gotten great service from all the Staff even on the phone on weekends with it’s your staff working from there homes. Never gotten the wrong medication and have never had to call to ask if my medications are on the way. I get a text letting me know when to expect them and if a physician has to ok them. In other words you people are awesome only starts to say how good at there jobs they are. You all take the best care of veterans I have ever seen. And I worked at a VA in California after I got out of the Navy as a Corpsman. And got my Nursing license. Take care be safe your doing it RIGHT.. Hm1 Retired.

Already sent complaints to the VA at my hospital business section. RX refills on this app May only work once the proper email has been authenticated! BUT, looks like the IT department did not verify the original email versus the MFA second stage of the 2FA which is the MFA. Meaning someone did not enter the proper email address by a second step authentication during initial verification process for the next stage MFA. Instead we have an email that is in error of the original email address. OR someone changed it to a dyslexic skip of a single letter that the system cannot verify, only reject. Please correct or pass this message to the geniuses that can confirm this message! Not too difficult just look at email address from start to finish or ask for a non circular authentication process to help users change the access! Nelson H
