This app, paired with the headset, is incredible. During the day when I’ve been stressed I will use the “Relaxation” mode and 8 minutes later (which feels like 3 minutes...it’s crazy how quickly that goes by) I feel so very relaxed and ready to take on the next thing. I would also use “Relaxation” if the neighbors were being too noisy while I was trying to go to sleep at night. Again...a very quick 8 minutes later and suddenly it’s time to take this off and go to sleep. I would pass out hard and have a wonderful sleep. I can’t recommend this enough.

I had read good things about this mask so decided to buy and glad I did. It’s a great way to decompress after a hard day or if your having trouble sleeping. I struggle to go to sleep but can put this on and in 15 min or so I’m ready to sleep and I sleep so soundly! Highly recommended
