I have the Passport and love the app and classes. However, I’ve recently had issues. For a couple weeks it would crash as soon as I would book a class. Now, some of the classes I am unable to cancel through the app. It tells me I am booked and only gives me an option to add to my calendar. Interesting thing is that I don’t see this for all my booked classes. A feature you might consider is allowing a search for instructors at multiple studios within a group at a time for those of us on Passport. I also wish it would take you back to the instructor’s classes list after you book a class instead of having to choose the instructor again. Overall, it’s a great app...most of the time.

I've been going to Club Pilates for 3 months now and using this app to schedule my classes. It works amazingly well for that and for the goals, I'm always setting goals as it gives me more points (I'm working towards a free hoodie 😜) I really would like to see community challenges like I have on my Fitbit! And more special offers from Club Pilates I mean it's expensive to sign up so I'd like to see the members spoiled a bit more. The only offer I have in my app right now is 'refer a friend' which is pretty self serving, there's nothing in it for me. I would also like to see auto-add and remove your classes in your calendar, and better notifications like if you're on a waitlist and you get a spot, right now I get no notifications for that.

You can see all the classes available, how many spots are open and if they are full. You can get on a waitlist for a class and are automatically notified when you are placed in that class. You can search classes by date, instructors or class type. Plus you have a tab to see your already scheduled classes. This app works perfectly! No dropped classes or mistakes of any kind. My only request is that on the search classes page it would be nice if your scheduled classes were highlighted so you could schedule new classes without trying to remember all your already scheduled classes. But that’s asking a lot from a really great app!
