To many bad experiences with PNC, the app hardly ever works, it’s always under going changes and won’t allow users to check balances or have access to prepaid mobile banking options, much better off with a prepaid net spin debit card.

I see this up for direct deposit, I don't remember if it came early I believe it did but customer service sounded like teenagers in a garage laughing when I tried to make a dispute. They mocked me when I told them my situation and I let it go just because I knew I needed the refund for a subscription and that this card was only temporary. Customer service horse for the card is a couple hours shorter than regular account holder hours and you definitely feel like a second class customer with the card and no account attached. They canceled my card without notifying me (I assumed they would though I was always in person of it when he asked). I had funds i could not touch for as l most (if not more ocean) 2 weeks. You can't make any deposits only DD. You can't be helped at any backs (some actually try to with limited access). It's the WORST account I've ever had!

I am not under why this app does have the same features as the normal pnc app like we are sexy rate ppl . Y’all get fees and stuff the same as the other folks using the regular app. Why does it take. So long to get a deposit. No one waits for the day it says to be posted to be posted . I was told I would get paid two days early with this card and I have not once. I want to be able to
Deposit my checks on the app stash money away like the Walmart card let’s u I mean I just think there’s a million ways to make this card be I named a few that would improve having the card.
Otherwise I am not seeing the point of haveing it or telling anyone to get it . Can theses features be added . Along with better customer service
