I have a very hard time when I'm in the moment that I am in my severe anxiety, severe panic disorder and my severe PTSD. This app has help a lot in just watching and doing by following what the app is telling me to do. It doesn't mean that it completely works but even though your doing your breathing because you also have to clear your mind of what's going on at the time your trying to breathe. It definitely works as it was meant to but you also have to do your part in the breathing and trying to cure the moment your in, in that moment this app helps tremendously. Thank you for your help that you've given to I'm sure a lot of people, because in the moment you aren't controlling your not remembering to breathe, Randy Christensen

I've been having lots of unwanted thoughts and scary feelings lately. I've used this for fifteen minutes and I feel relaxed and like I'll actually be able to sleep for once. Thank you. Only downside is you have to pay for most of the features and I don't have any money nor do my parents have the money.

Love the clean, immediate interface, the problem is that the exhale circle doesn't shrink all the way to a pinpoint. This makes it hard to follow the breathing guide because you have to memorize how small the circle is going to get before re-expanding. Clunky and not relaxing. Fix this and I'll come back; for now I'll use a more cluttered app with a breather breathing visualization.
