This is, by far, the BEST credit union out there!!! Their customer service is beyond fantastic, whether it be on the phone, or in person at one of the branches. They have calmly and politely worked with me with every situation where I have needed some help. Even the last time, when I was frantic and in need of a new credit card for an auto repair emergency. And I am sure I was probably not the easiest person to work with that day. I also get incredible benefits with the accounts I hold, such as 12 feee checks every year (which is such a money saver since I really only need to write 1 check per month for rent), ATM fee reimbursals for every transaction, and no-fee accounts. I highly recommend Rivermark Community Credit Union!! I could not be happier!!!

I have been banking here for about 4 years. I was treated rudely at the counter, by this young chick with giant fingernails that couldn’t type. I asked for a manager, and this jerk that showed up, was not a manager, and he wanted me to wait outside. He threatened to freeze my account, or call the police. Luckily, Laurie Baker was there and she was able to do what I wanted. I needed to move unemployment money from the card Oregon put it on into my bank account. The bank was so cool before, not anymore. If Laurie had not been there I would have closed my account.

I been using this bank for a few years now. But this is not my principal account or my business account the bank has a lot of potential but the customer service/tellers and some of the people working there need a lot more experience. This is one of the reasons why I don’t take any accounts or financial business for this bank I had finance a couple of vehicles with river mark I never get the titles for them ever when I asked to the customer service for the vehicle’s titles the customer service said that I would get a lean release to go to DMV to request a title and also they won’t reinvest the fee for the titles “ that I had paid out front already at this financial institution. But the system and online banking is great!
