This app is really cool and I love it but on some of the workouts I feel like I’m doing them wrong even with the kid showing me how to do it on screen. I think you should add a button so when you press it it tells you step by step how to do the work. Just a suggestion and even if you don’t end up doing that this app is amazing and gives you lots of bragging rights.
Edit: Ok I’ve been scrolling down all your other apps and then I went back to this one and saw when was the last time you updated this app. Please don’t abandon this app we kids love it and don’t want it to die. I know your busy updating your other apps but that doesn’t mean you should abandon this one. At least update it monthly, it doesn’t have to be giant updates either just please don’t stop working on this project Maybe some adults don’t like it but this isn’t for adults it’s for kids. You already have your other fitness app that is for adults. I hope you read this and if you are reading this please don abandon this project.

So far, I’ve reviewed a lot of the exercises and they seem appropriate for my K-5 students. I think they will really enjoy these exercises and the best part is, I can teach them to correctly perform each one. I will also tell them to take these exercises home to their families and teach them how to do them. This is a perfect way for a family to workout together daily, without the need for a the cost of a gym membership and only the need for a bit of space, and the knowledge of how to perform each activity.
However, there are a couple of things that need to be corrected when you do an app update.
1. Anytime a lunge is done, the knee should never go past the toe. The knee should either stay behind the toe, or stop directly over the toe. Allowing the knee to go past the toe can be damaging to the knee. The child demonstrating should reflect this rather than allowing the knee to go past the toe.
2. Hopping is only done one one foot. For example, the Bunny Hop exercise should be called the Bunny Jump. Anything done with one foot is a hop. Anything done with two feet is a jump.
Other than that, I’m going to teach each exercise correctly first. Secondly, I’ll create a customized workout that is different each week and tailored to each grade level, add some music, turn on the projector and let the kids go! Love this, thank you!!!

I Am a coach so when ever we have a game and a practice I love using this app. It stretches you out and the best part is you can also make you own workout. If you want to mix it up you can and send a time. I love the way how it gives you a break instead of pausing it. You should really get this app if you love to have fun and you can also do it with your kids your self a heck even you class it is a fun way of feeling amazing so I give this 5 stars
