I love being able to deposit my checks straight to the app. The design is clear, concise, and secure. If you bank with Honor Bank, this app is an absolute must have!

Though I don’t I have problems accessing my account through the computer, when I try to access it through this app on my phone it is usually useless. I have spoken to people on the phone there and gone into one of the branches and it is still unresolved. Often when I put in my ID & password the app will tell me “Warning. Account not active” & not log me in. If I take that same ID and password and fill it in on their website on my computer, I get logged into my accounts. They are of course active though the so tries to tell me otherwise. I’ve not been given an adequate explanation for why this app doesn’t work for me most of the time. My app is updated & I have an iPhone, but it is still a ‘mystery’ as to why it doesn’t work.

The app is convenient, when it works. Time and time again there is service errors or some other reasons it won’t work. The information seems to lag at times. It’s convenient to mobile deposit and check the balance of the accounts but again....when it works....
