So I don't find anything wrong with the app itself but I can a bit bigger than most kids. I am the average 16-year-old girl but I'm 11. So my only problem is that the exercises can be very hard to keep up with and I want to know if I do ACTUALLY lose weight from doing every day

Everyone has 7 minutes to squeeze in a workout. It’s all body weight, no equipment. Each exercise is timed with a count down and a short rest in between. Just tap the start button and go. Sometimes simple is what you need. Less is more.
