Since the update you can’t just easily click and upload photos. If you take multiple pictures while in the app you can as long as you select the option to use the camera while in app. I don’t always do that option because I have to put notes in the app while taking pics for my job. I have had to tap the upper section when trying to upload and watch it add more pics that are not needed for the job I’m looking at. After multiple taps it will finally upload the selected pics from camera roll on my phone.

As someone else mentioned, I have no clue why this app is pushed so hard on Facebook contractor groups. I got this app when I was first starting out and didn’t know any better, and it felt like I was using a cheaply designed 30-year-old computer program. Many features didn’t work properly, or at all, and I found that I got to actually use 50% or less of the features sold to me when I signed up. It’s a pain to use compared to other programs, especially considering what this guy tries to charge- for reference, I now use a $4/month invoicing app that integrates with my payment processor and a free calendar app and I’m infinitely happier than I was paying $50/month for this, and both of them combined have as many useful features as The Customer Factor and give more professional results. I can type out and send an estimate or invoice in 2-3 minutes now compared to 15+ on this clunky garbage. To cap off my experience with a less-than-mediocre, overpriced app, when I finally decided to cancel and emailed TCF, the customer service was terrible and the guy who owns the app was extremely rude and waited until I was billed an extra month to cancel for me then immediately deleted my account even though I was charged for the month. Pretty terrible experience from top to bottom, there are free apps that are better than this and you won’t have to deal with the ridiculous cancellation process if you decide the app isn’t for you.

We own a small power washing business. In just one week I can safely say this app has and will change our business. It would be impossible to type out allllll the ways but I’ll Name a couple. Not having to create invoices/receipts myself. A record of all customers and what their quote or job was. Automated appointment reminder emails. A filter for negative reviews. It’s amazing. And I don’t understand the reviews that claim the customer service is poor. In this one week the creator of the app has talked with me on the phone twice just to walk me through everything and answer any little question I’ve had. Steve knows what it’s like to run a small business and he has integrated so many little features you didn’t even know you needed. Stop questioning if it’s worth it. IT IS SOOO WORTH IT!!
