I just started working for this company about 2 1/2 weeks ago, they use service auto pilot to check in and out of locations where we do jobs at. Since having to use this app every night I work for this company I at least have to download it maybe 3 to 5 times a week, SMH. Please get the glitches out of this app so I don’t have to keep downloading it every night, that I am on a job. It’s ridiculous.

The app is slower than dirt and most times you have to delete the app after 6 months of use in order for it to even function. I suspect it collects superfluous data and it runs in the background and when you load the next days board it eventually accumulates so much background data that it can’t load anything. I have to reinstall to fix it. Even after that the app feels slow and sluggish. Then on top of all that the app frequently succumbs to the “white screen of death” resulting in needing to force close the app and then reload your board for the day, multiple times in a day as well. These “white screens of death” occur at random. I’ve had it happen when I lock the screen with the app open. I unlock and I’ve got it. It happens most often when I use another app for too long. Just now I clicked on the map function and used GPS for 15 mins to drive to my first job. I reopened SA when I arrived and was greeted by the white screen of death. With the app being slow to load anything, having to load the board back up after a “white screen of death” is rather annoying. I’m wasting company time by loading my board because their app has problems. Overall, it needs an update/overhaul to be viable. It needs a lot of work. If I didn’t have to use it everyday at work, I’d delete it right now in a heart beat

Started the job when I were using this app. App started off as great in March 2025. As of May 2025, glitches out. If I have the app open, but I am using other apps, when I go back to the service auto pilot app, it goes completely blank. I would have to then turn off the app, close it out and then reopen it and re-sign in so continue doing my job. Become very annoying to do that several times, I’m sorry a dozen times a day. Also, it started glitching out with every other work I do. Wanted me to sync my information quickly. When all I did was close out the app and reopen it. Then when I was trying to do certain jobs and I would sign into the job and go to sign out, it wouldn’t sign me out completely because I’m going to my next job, it would tell me that I’m still logged in on my last job. Definitely some improvements are needed, but the size the app, closing out by itself, or needing to be closed out, signing me in and out of jobs than not signing me in and out of the job that I need to do,it doesn’t stop. It needs a lot of service as well.
