Since I reinstalled the app it hasn’t been connecting anymore .. it keeps showing “cannot connect’ .. and it’s the best app for downloading insta videos ..it’s what I have been using until it went into my cloud and I had to reinstall only to start experiencing that .. I so much need it now and it’s not connecting .. please try solve that issue . I am suppose to drop five star for the app but my bad experience with the app has dropped it to three

I absolutely love the app. Some unexpected ads, but that’s not the problem. The only thing I wish they’d add is the save button. I want to go into my saved collections and download the videos from there instead of going to their account and just scrolling all the way down. A tad slow at times but nothing too major. I absolutely love it otherwise.

miffed at apps

At first I was really loving this app, even with the annoying ads. But now I have noticed that certain pictures and videos that I have saved and not deleted on my own are missing from my camera roll. It’s super irritating and weird. How do saved pictures to my phone just vanish?! Has anyone else experienced this problem or could you explain why SAVED videos are disappearing randomly?
