I have used other apps that are hypnosis to relieve some Ailment and they have worked however this one wasn’t it at all.

I'm a big fan of hypnosis apps, and use a variety of them very successfully. I listen to one every night, and most of mine are for relaxation and sleep. Since I have a migraine today, I decided to buy this app to try it. (The free version ended with the wake up feature only; to disable it required the in app purchase of the full version) I really do not like this one at all. Too much complicated imagery to keep up with....colors, stairs, faucets, etc. I've never left a negative review before, but I'll never listen to this one again. I highly recommend the hypnosis apps by Andrew Johnson. I don't think I've ever heard the end of one of those, and that is the way it should be. In contrast, I had to work at paying attention to the directions on this app, and was ready for it to be over before it ended.

I really like this app, especially with the hypnotic booster. I use several of these apps and my meditation has become easier each time. I am also learning how to relax during a stressful moment with what I have learned listening.
I would recommend the purchase to get the full advantage of use. It is well worth the $2.99 or $3.99 for each app, or just purchase the bundle because you will use them!!!
