Some of the stories are very good. Story lines, grammar, editing. Chapters are decent length. Good on these. I finally finished “The Art of Ruin.” Now I’m finished with the book and with the app. Read one chapter every 8 hours or Buy lots of coins. Prime reader and library ebooks are best options.

If I could give a zero I would. I downloaded the app after seeing a pop up for Fantales app to read “The Unseen Heir”. After about 50 chapters, the book disappeared from my library. Did a search for it and not even showing up in the app. Sent 2 emails to their help desk with no response. This happened just after they did an update. I finally just deleted the app. Reinstalled it and found the book I was reading. Now a month later, 300 plus chapters in to the book and it’s disappeared again from my library and again from the books the app has. Emailed again. No response from them AGAIN. And guess what, update was just done the night before. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled several times, but “The Unseen Heir” is not showing up. This book has over 600 chapters. I’ve paid for some chapters too. Don’t get this app no matter how appealing the book might be. I’ve got a feeling this may happen a lot and they are getting free money and readers not getting a complete book (and book is showing completed)

UPDATE: since writing the below I have contacted them more times and still no response. I thought at the least I could wait till it unlocked to where I was even if it wasn’t worth risking a second book — but now the title I was reading (same title and graphic) is replaced with a different book of the same generic theme. I will delete. ————— I downloaded this while I was sick and even paid for content to keep reading since I was just passing the time while laid up. I thought I’d keep reading on my break when I was back up and about and working, but the content I paid to have access to had disappeared and I was back to original free chapters. I’ve been sending messages to the help center but have heard nothing back. Money wasted. There’s also issues where it looks like the commands to the AI to flesh out the ideas were left in instead of completed, areas where words are redundant or make no sense — so obviously the AI writing isn’t being edited.
