For those who applied and see that their application is pending for two weeks, there is another way to go on the app and you find out you actually are approved and can have the cash advance transferred into your bank account. I too was confused why it was taking so long for my application to be approved When you sign into the app. There is a plus symbol on the top right hand side that you click, which pulls up a new menu. The first option you can select is instant cash advance. Select that option and it will tell you that you've been approved and then ask you which method you would like to have the funds sent to your account. It does charge $25 for instant transfer, which is kind of expensive but helpful if you are in need of a cash advance. It also gives you an option for payback of seven days or 14 days. If you pay back in seven days the fee for transferring is cheaper. I hope this helps anyone who's been having issues trying to get a cash advance through this app.
Update 6/17 - After repaying my first cash advance, I am now not able to log in. I don't know if they are having issues with there app š¤·š»āāļø
Update 6/20 - Now they have withdrawn a extra $100 past the amount I took out. This is not good. I don't know what to do because you can't login in to the app and I have emailed them with no response.

Itās currently processing my application, but there is no further information to its services. Links to documentation donāt work. Customer service support email links to the blink home security company. The app looks sketchy after further investigation and the worst part is that nowhere in the app can you delete your data/account. Do not download this app.
*UPDATE*
Today is May 1st; it has been two weeks! Their contact information still routes to blink home security. I havenāt heard a response from the updated email address you provided. There is nowhere to delete my account. So I have to change all my banking information because an unknown entity has access to my information. The app, the company is all a scam. Do not download the app!

I cannot recommend this app highly enough!
