For those who applied and see that their application is pending for two weeks, there is another way to go on the app and you find out you actually are approved and can have the cash advance transferred into your bank account. I too was confused why it was taking so long for my application to be approved When you sign into the app. There is a plus symbol on the top right hand side that you click, which pulls up a new menu. The first option you can select is instant cash advance. Select that option and it will tell you that you've been approved and then ask you which method you would like to have the funds sent to your account. It does charge $25 for instant transfer, which is kind of expensive but helpful if you are in need of a cash advance. It also gives you an option for payback of seven days or 14 days. If you pay back in seven days the fee for transferring is cheaper. I hope this helps anyone who's been having issues trying to get a cash advance through this app. Update 6/17 - After repaying my first cash advance, I am now not able to log in. I don't know if they are having issues with there app 🤷🏻‍♂️ Update 6/20 - Now they have withdrawn a extra $100 past the amount I took out. This is not good. I don't know what to do because you can't login in to the app and I have emailed them with no response.

I saw that they made improvements so I decided to give them another shot. First I was billed twice for their annual pass. Then I was charged twice for repayment. The problems with this app seem endless and it is very difficult to ever get a response from support.

I took out an advance and paid the extreme fees and repaid my advance early but it’s not reflecting in the app and about to be charged a second time for something I already paid. I have sent numerous emails and tried using the support chat which is useless and no one responds
