I honestly cannot give this app a good review. It doesn’t make sense to have an approval process of free five business days which is a bit long in this day and age given that there’s apps in the same market as yours that provide instant approval it also doesn’t make sense to have people pay an extra five dollars to get an approval and supposedly 2 to 4 hours and yet you have no live customer support available to assist your customers. There’s not a one 800 number there’s not even a way for me to fix a simple spelling error in my name. I have to go through a a person this app needs to be better. I think this company can do better.

Do not and I repeat do not download this app. I read so many horrible comments and I guess I had to see for myself. When you first sign up they force you to pay 9.99 for the application. Once you do that you have to wait 3-5 days for a decision unless you pay them an extra 4.99 to have a decision within 2 hours. First I waited for a bit because I did not want to pay 4.99 but I gave in anyway. Took at least 24 hours so that was another issue. I go back to check my account the next day and I was denied for whatever reason. You will not be able to talk to customer service so don't even attempt. I had to go through my bank to file a dispute to get my money back that they pretty much stole just for me to get denied. If you do download this you'll see what all the fuss is about.

I got this app because it seems to promise a helpful solution. However, for $9.99 a year, which is great, it said it could take up to 3 to 4 business days to get approved. There is an option to pay to get a faster response. I paid the extra $4.99 and it said it would take 1-4 hours to get a response instead of the days. Well, that was on Thursday, and today is Monday. I don’t even have a response from their initial timeframe yet. They also advertise that they work on weekends. I tried to use their chat support, it’s an AI system that just asks you the same question over and over again without giving you any result. When you ask to speak to a human, you get to send an email, again I have not heard anything from anyone in four days. At this point, I wish I could just get my money back for both things that I paid for. I wish I had listened to the reviews and not downloaded this. This app is a waste of time if you are in need of a quick helpful solution. I wouldn’t waste my time or money on this ever again.
