This app constantly closes on its own. Also you have to enter your library card and password almost every time you open the app. There should be a way to save the login and password.

This app truly enhances the library experience! While it had some bumps early on, which is to be expected with a complete overhaul, it’s now running smoothly and delivering fantastic features. This app was great when it first launched. Now it crashes whenever I try to place a book on hold. The images of the books are gone. The seamlessness of the app is gone. I’m not sure what changed, but even the update we had today, didn’t do anything to change the issues.
There is never any kind of announcement on the app, notifying users that there is an issue and IT is aware and ready to use it.
