I have been using this app for over a year now and I have to say it sure beats any I have used before. I use it to send out prayer requests to our church members and notifications to our fire department members. I would have given it 5 stars but for a couple of things. When I pull up a group to send a text, I have to go through the whole list and unmark all the home and work numbers. Otherwise my phone starts dinging like crazy with messages that says the texts could not be sent to those numbers. It can get annoying. Perhaps something can be done to have the system use only mobile numbers for texts without the need to manually unmark unwanted numbers. Also, a new situation has come up. Before when I sent a group text the replies would come back only to me. Now they go to (almost) everyone on the list and some of the recipients are very annoyed about it. Some don’t get the original message but do get some of the replies. If these glitches get corrected, I would be happy to give this app 5 stars. That being said, this is still the best app I have found for sending group texts and I would recommend it to others.

I’ve been using this app for three years now. At first I was impressed with the app however there has been a recurring issue that I’m finally fed up with. Allow me to explain: The app is suppose to function so that when you send out a mass text the responses from recipients come as individual messages. However for some reason the app will not do this periodically and responses will come through in the mass text so they go out to every recipient that I sent the message to. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! I work with multi-million dollar clients in a vacation home resort and having this issue becomes a big problem for me and reflects poorly on PR with the community. It has caused large enough issues that I have considered filing a legal complaint with the app developer and with Apple. The app developer’s customer support is non-existent so resolving this problem in a timely manner is impossible. I’m severely disappointed with the app and I hope to find another app even though 90% of this app functions good. This flaw in this app completely destroys its utility on a professionally level which is ironic seeing as this is the “PRO” version of the app.

Overall, this app is very good, but handling of contacts is a bit clunky. For example, someone's contact info may not correctly identify the number to which you can post a text message, if only because the info is not correct in the contacts list. I think the app needs to be able to flag a number for deletion from the list, in addition to being able to send only to text or home or whatever. Also, sometimes the program just resets at random, sending you back through the setup procedures. Maddening, especially when one is strapped for time and just needs to get the text into the hands of the the recipients. Couple other matters, but before I mention them I need to be sure I'm doing what the app expects of me.
