I have taken Barnes & Conti's Exercising Influence workshop last month. This app is an extremely helpful tool for helping me practice my influence skills at work. I use it to quickly look at the influence tactic and behavior that I want to practice, and then I put down my phone and try it out. Thanks for the extra support Barnes & Conti.

This is so cool. If you have taken the program this is wonderful support! So easy to remind you of the concepts and behaviors. The portability makes influencing at meetings or on the fly fluid. And it's a great development tool to keep improving influence skills.
